Lease Applications

By signing the applicant/s acknowledge they will be responsible for the preparation cost of the Lease ($750.00 + GST) plus credit checks. If the Lessee/applicant does not proceed with signing a Lease, once both parties have agreed to terms for whatsoever reason, the Lessee will be liable in reimbursing the Lessor for costs incurred by the Lessor.

From time to time, your personal information will be provided to a third party or more of the following - other Landlords or their Agent Representatives Lawyers, Mortgagees or Insurer References you have nominated. Organisations or trades people required to carry out maintenance of the premises or to deal with complaints related to the premises.
