By signing the applicant/s acknowledge they will be responsible for the preparation cost of the Lease ($750.00 + GST) plus credit checks. If the Lessee/applicant does not proceed with signing a Lease, once both parties have agreed to terms for whatsoever reason, the Lessee will be liable in reimbursing the Lessor for costs incurred by the Lessor.
